HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 245 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
