HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Beacon Markets serves neighbourhoods around Tampa with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
