HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
