HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Orchard Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
