HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
