HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Umber Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
