HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meridian Foods Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
