HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Ridge Construction is a Tampa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 756 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
