HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
