HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Nest Press produces print and digital publications in Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
