HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tampa plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
