HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Nova Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
