HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Bridge Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
