HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Union Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
