Silverline Beacon Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
