HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
