HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
