HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in St. Louis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
