HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Haven Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
