HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
