HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
