HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Nova Thistle Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
