HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
