HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Quill Freight is a St. Louis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
