HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Meadow Financial is a financial-services company in St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
