HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
