HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Clear Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
