HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
