HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Spokane with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
