HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Rook Press is a printer and publisher in Spokane serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
