HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in Spokane serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
