Stonegate Timber Property Management Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
