HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
