HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
