HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
