HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
