HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Spokane with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
