HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Cross Health provides primary and specialty care in Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 839 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
