HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Bright Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
