HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Loom Staffing places workers with employers around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
