HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Drift Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Spokane working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
