HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Spokane region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
