HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Analytics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
