HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Timber Housing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
