HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wren Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
