HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
