HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Clear Freight is a Seattle logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
