HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Seattle with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
