HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 831 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
