HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
